Cleanliness standards were well-maintained throughout my stay.
The check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Additionally, the hallway lighting was poor, making it difficult to navigate safely.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I had a pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent for exploring the city, and the room was functional. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the balcony. Guests should ensure they inquire about room availability before checkout hours to avoid delays.

The Standard Twin Room was surprisingly spacious and clean, which made me feel right at home. Loved the little enclosed balcony. perfect for some fresh air. The mini-fridge came in handy, and having two complimentary bottles of water was a nice touch. Only downside was having to request a kettle. Still, the room exceeded my expectations!

Spacious and cozy rooms provide a warm atmosphere, enhanced by friendly staff who greet you with warmth and hospitality. The location is convenient, just a short 5-minute walk from historical attractions, while a nearby eco-friendly supermarket is a definite plus. However, the alarm going off early one morning disrupted the peace, and the furniture could use a refresh. Some extra noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, but overall, it’s a comfortable stay with good pricing.
